Who we are
Signature Resin Paving installs resin bound surfacing across Melbourne and Victoria. We work on driveways, pool surrounds, pathways and outdoor areas for homeowners, and on entrances, walkways, courtyards and landscaped areas for commercial and civil clients.
The people who quote your project are the people who lay it. Our installers are our own team, never subcontracted out to whoever is free that week, and they are on site from preparation through to the final inspection.
That continuity is the point. A resin surface is only as good as the preparation underneath it and the care taken while it is laid, and neither survives being handed between crews.
What we do
Resin bound surfacing
Natural aggregate bound in resin and laid seamlessly, with no joints for weeds to find and no pavers to sink out of line.
Concrete resurfacing
Cracked, stained or dated concrete resurfaced over the top, without demolition or the disruption that comes with it.
Commercial surfacing
Entrances, forecourts, walkways and landscaped areas, programmed around a working site and documented for sign-off.
Preparation
decides the finish
Most of what determines whether a surface still looks right in ten years happens before any resin goes down. What is underneath, how the ground is prepared, how the water runs off, how the edges are held and how thick the surface is laid.
They are also the first things to get rushed when a job is priced to the bone. We set that specification for the traffic the surface will actually carry, then install to it.
