Our interior stone flooring
Interior Signature Flooring turns a bare or painted concrete floor into one seamless stone surface that runs wall to wall — no grout lines, no tile joints, no edges. We broadcast a decorative stone blend into a resin base coat and seal it under a clear topcoat, so a garage, showroom or commercial interior that was only ever practical suddenly reads as finished and premium — in days, not weeks.
Day to day, it’s an easy floor to live with. There are no joints for dirt, oil or moisture to sit in, so it mops or scrubs clean and keeps looking sharp under tyres, tools and constant foot traffic. It’s laid directly over your existing slab — no demolition, no skip bins — and we specify the texture and slip resistance to suit how the space is actually used.
With Signature Resin Paving you get the job done properly: premium resin systems, an honest assessment of your slab — including moisture testing — before we quote, a fixed written price, and a 10-year workmanship warranty (terms and conditions apply) behind the finish. The people who quote your floor are the people who lay it.
Where it works
Garages & workshops
Hard-wearing floors that shrug off tyres, tools, oil and general workshop use.
Showrooms & retail interiors
Decorative floors where appearance and easy cleaning both matter.
Commercial kitchens & wet areas
Interiors needing a durable, chemical-resistant, slip-rated floor.
Key benefits
- Fully seamless — no grout lines or tile joints to collect dirt or moisture
- Resistant to oils, common workshop chemicals and general staining
- Available in a range of decorative resin blends
- Slip resistance specified to suit the space, from domestic garages to commercial wet areas
- Laid directly over a suitably prepared existing concrete slab
- Easy to clean with routine mopping or a ride-on scrubber in larger spaces
Finish and specification
We treat resin blend as the main decorative choice — lighter blends open up a space and hide less dirt visually between cleans, while darker or mixed blends suit workshop and utility spaces where a harder-wearing look is preferred.
Slip resistance is specified for the space rather than applied as a single default finish. A commercial kitchen or wet area needs a different texture rating to a showroom floor, and we specify accordingly rather than using one system everywhere.
Skirting, drainage points and floor-wall junctions are detailed as part of the same seamless system, so there's no separate trade needed to finish those transitions.

How we install it
We mechanically prepare the existing concrete slab — typically grinding or shot-blasting it — to give the resin system a sound, clean surface to bond to. We carry out moisture testing first, since excess moisture in a slab can compromise a bonded resin floor.
The base coat is applied and the decorative resin blend broadcast into it while it's still workable, then excess material is removed once cured before the clear topcoat is applied.
Cure and return-to-service times depend on the specific system and the conditions on site, and we confirm both before starting so a workshop or retail space can plan around the closure.
Common questions
Why choose this over tiles or epoxy paint?
Tiles bring grout lines that trap dirt and crack under point loads, and painted epoxy tends to peel, tyre-mark and look utilitarian within a couple of years. A broadcast stone floor is one seamless, sealed surface — harder wearing than either, easier to keep clean, and it makes the space look genuinely finished rather than just coated.
How long does the floor last, and is it under warranty?
Prepared and laid correctly, it’s a long-term floor built to handle years of tyres, tools and daily traffic, and our workmanship is backed by a 10-year warranty (terms and conditions apply) alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The warranty terms come to you in writing with the quote.
How is this different from your resin bound driveways and paths?
It’s a different system, built for indoors. Outside we lay natural stone in an open, permeable structure; inside we broadcast a decorative stone blend into a resin base coat and seal it under a clear topcoat, giving you a smooth, sealed floor rather than a permeable one. Same crew, same care — a different system for a different job.
Can it go straight over my existing garage floor?
In most cases, yes — provided the slab is structurally sound. We moisture-test the concrete and grind or shot-blast the surface so the system bonds properly, and if the slab needs attention first, we’ll tell you honestly before we quote rather than laying over a problem.
Will oil and chemical spills stain it?
No — the sealed topcoat resists engine oil, workshop chemicals and general staining far better than bare or painted concrete. Spills sit on the surface rather than soaking in, so a wipe or a mop is usually all it takes.
How long before I can use the floor again?
Most floors are walkable within a day or so and back in full service shortly after, depending on the system and conditions on site. We confirm the exact cure and return-to-service times in your quote so you can plan around the works — the whole job runs in days, not weeks.
How do I get a price?
Send through the size of the space, what’s on the floor now and a photo or two, or ask us to inspect on site. We’ll come back with a fixed written quote with the scope spelled out — free, and with no obligation.
